Kermal first launched in 2018 as Kermalak Express in the Red Sea Mall, Jeddah, with a focus on providing excellent, value-driven Lebanese food to meet the demand for high-quality, affordable dining.
In April 2024, the restaurant rebranded to simply Kermal.

This transformation preserved its traditional Lebanese roots while elevating the authentic recipes, cooking techniques, and hospitality. Kermal now offers an immersive dining experience, solidifying its position as a premier destination for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine within the Unity Holding portfolio.
