Unity Holding was established in 2018 in Saudi Arabia with a core focus on providing high-quality, alue-for-money food options to consumers. The company began its journey by opening its first venture, Kermal, in Jeddah, which offered a popular fast-casual experience featuring traditional Lebanese cuisine.
The organization quickly diversified its portfolio.In 2022, it launched Kazdoura, an upscale Mediterranean sit-down restaurant, marking a foray into a different culinary genre.
The following year, 2023, saw the debut of the homegrown Saudi brand, Lamb Kitchen, a cloud kitchen concept created to capitalize on the growing demand for delivery-focused, home-style Saudi
cuisine. In 2025, Unity holding expanded its existing brands by opening several branches across Jeddah for Kermal, and Lamb Kitchen.
